The Odessa Police Department is currently investigating a major crash on IH-20 and East Loop 338. All of the westbound lanes are currently shut down and only one of the eastbound lanes is currently open. Traffic is backed up for approximately 3 miles. Please avoid the area and use alternative routes until further advised.
