Our special events have an outstanding reputation for being top quality experiences. Quality of life is most important and we strive to bring diverse recreational opportunities to our citizens, and make the City of Odessa the place to be for families to grow and build memories that will last a life time. Many events attract thousands of people from Odessa and many more from around the Permian Basin. Sponsors play an important role in these events by allowing us to maintain such a high reputation at our events for little to no cost.

Community Support - Odessa Parks Foundation

The Odessa Parks Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit which began in 2007 to aid the City Parks Department in improving city parks with playgrounds, statues, memorials and outdoor movie showings, just to name a few. The foundation is funded by the Dollar Donation Program. There are always new and existing parks that are in need of help from the community. Please continue to "Opt-in" on your water bill and ask us how you can have a bigger impact in our city parks. Help us create and maintain our quality of life here in Odessa for generations to come.
